At Paper House Print Shop, we want you to love your home decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on all non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a return authorization and shipping label.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the artwork or home goods back in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
